WebHealer Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: September 1, 2024

Welcome to the WebHealer Referral Program! We're excited to have you as part of our community and appreciate your interest in spreading the word about our services. Below are the terms and conditions that govern our referral program. By participating in this program, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility and Referrals

• The WebHealer Referral Program is open to all customers and partners of WebHealer. Referrals must be made for third parties; we do not offer referral rewards for referring yourself.

• Referrals are only valid for new customers referred on or after September 1, 2024.

2. Referral Rewards

• For each successful referral, you will earn a base reward of £50 discount (excluding VAT) for the referred customer and a £50 commission for you, the referrer.

• The value of rewards may fluctuate, but the base rate as stated above will be honoured. Special / higher referral rates will be communicated by way of email.

• There is no upper limit on the number of legitimate referrals you can make.

3. Payment of Referral Rewards

• Payments of referral commissions will be made 45 days after the sale is confirmed, provided that the referred customer remains an active, paying customer at the time of payment.

• To request a cash payment of referral fees, you will need to submit a simple invoice to WebHealer. Alternatively, you may choose to have the commission amount credited to your existing WebHealer account.

4. Program Integrity

• The WebHealer Referral Program is offered in good faith. We expect participants to use the program ethically and refrain from any behaviour that could be considered abusive or manipulative.

5. Promo Code Usage

• Only one promotional offer can be applied per order. Customers may choose to use either a WebHealer promotional code or a referral code, but not both.

6. Amendments

• WebHealer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants in a timely manner.

7. General Terms

• By referring clients to WebHealer, you also agree to abide by our general terms and conditions, which apply to all customers and users of our services.
